So far, Anna has assisted me in buying and selling a home. First, when I was moving to Gainesville for graduate school and now three years later on my way out of town. She made both experiences easy and quick, finding exactly what I wanted then selling it faster and for more than anticipated.
From the first time we met, Anna has proved to be a very trustworthy and insightful person, with great expertise in her field. I will definitely be requesting her services again in the future. Highly recommend!
My wife and I were looking for a new home and we saw a house Anna had listed online. I called her and asked if she could show it to us. She met us at the appointed time, and also showed us a couple others that day. I told her we were looking for a realtor to represent us in our home search and she said she would love to help us.
She showed us several houses, and helped us find the home we loved. She was very pleasant and patient, even when negotiations seemed to hit a roadblock. She helped us work through them and even gave us step by step instructions of what needed to be done.
If you're looking for a realtor who is always smiling, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for you, then Anna Guarino is the person you need to call!
My husband and I were looking for our first home (here in Gainesville) and decided to go with Anna based on her reviews and word of mouth. We can say that we were not disappointed! She was very friendly and prompt with her responses to our questions! She found the perfect home for us quickly and she made the whole process very smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend her!
